How can i track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link. You can use this link to follow your package’s journey in real time.

When will I receive my tracking number?

Why is my tracking number not updating?
It’s normal for tracking information to take 24–48 hours to update after shipment. This delay occurs while the carrier scans and registers the package in their system.
If your tracking hasn’t updated after 48 hours, please don’t worry—your order is still on its way.
What does “Order Processing” mean?
“Order Processing” means your order has been received and is being prepared for shipment. This includes order verification, packaging, and quality checks. Tracking information will be available once the order ships.
My order shows “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
